I know... I know...
Lots of fake promises that were never fufilled...
I'll be honest right now and say that CLS is giving me a hard time since I can't replay FFX right now... but... at least I still have material in my mind...
I am tempted to start another story but I won't since I don't want to start something and not finish it...
I'm taking a creative writing class right now so hopefully that will give me the motivation I need for CLS
But putting that aside...
Since after 170 Chapters we are FINALLY getting some progress done here for our favorite couple Ren and Kyoko
I thought why not write something.. and I am currently studying sonnets more specifically Shakespeare's sonnets...
So here's a poem! and is almost Valentine's Day!
Enjoy and please review~
Love is… something else
A familiar shadow against the wall
A tired footstep greets my call
A simple presence that makes my day
I thought for sure my happiness stayed
But love… is something else
The prince at the ball picked the poor dish maid
Because beneath the dirt her ugliness fade
My dear old prince in fact picked me
To be with me, I thought, for eternity
But love is something… else
Someone who was always there
Just waiting to catch my stare
Someone who is not afraid
To give me a lecture with his blade
Someone with a lot of time
And up my walls did he climb.
Because love is… something else
He went in that castle without a doubt
To bring forth water in the midst of a drought
I paid little attention to him, I might add
Because I was used to being a lily pad
Nothing but a stepping stone
Always overlooked, never known
Because love is truly… something else
He looked towards the tallest tower
The trip, definitely, was no easy hour
Yet he walked his way there
And up every stair
And opened that door with the simplest ease
Love is really something else
Inside that room, he found... me
I hope you guys enjoyed that!
Happy Valentine's Day
If you have a special someone who you are planning to spend the day with, I wish you a happy and blissful day!
