We are green with big black eyes,
We live in space and have a ship that flies,
We rule the planets and universe,
But down below, we watch the earth.
We see a city, Washington D.C.,
We see two agents, Mulder and Scully,
They say they're searching for the truth,
But they must look further, over their roofs.
Every little paranormal thing,
Originated from somewhere, something,
And though the world may never find out,
Those scary things are out and about.
They hide at day and at night they scream,
Ripping and tearing up your dream,
And they hoarsely whisper down your ear,
Vicious words to fill you with fear.
We know what's coming, we know what's true,
Human bodies, transforming to goo,
Though some, like Scully, say they don't care,
Deep inside you know, the truth is out there.
You may say it's silly, people being torn apart,
You may think aliens are just a laugh,
We're warning you, this isn't fun...
