Lavender shifted in the metal chair uncomfortably, examining her gnawed pencil. This was her initial year as a gamemaker, and so far she couldn't bear it. The head gamemaker was standing up, reviewing over what events occurred in the last year's Games. Lavender sighed. To her, this was just waste of planning, or rather, scheming time. Boldly, she released her pencil, letting it hit the table just loud enough to draw the head gamemaker, Direza's attention. Direza stopped talking and glared at Lavender, folding her arms over her chest and raising one blue eyebrow before calmly asking, "What is it?"

Lavender stared back at Direza momentarily before replying. "I'm just wondering, but what use is last year's Games to this year's Games?" The annoyed head gamemaker opened her mouth to speak, but was cut off, "I mean, we should be looking forward. Also, I'm pretty sure we remember what happened last year, as it was a most spectacular performance"

Direza nodded slightly, "It was, wasn't it. Well then, what do you propose we do, Lavender?"

"Simple. Lets go ahead and get busy coming up with ideas and working on the arena plans. And just because it isn't a Quarter Quell year doesn't mean we can't give everyone a surprise." Lavender replied.

Direza clapped her hands together as soon as Lavender finished up speaking, "You have a point, lets pack away last year's and focus on these games," She looked around the room a couple of times before sitting down in her chair and overlapping her slender fingers, "So… who has any ideas?"

One hand, nails coated in a light purple paint, gently raised into the air. A malicious smile creeped upon her lilac lips as Lavender spoke,

"I do."

Well, I hope you liked that short little introduction to my SYOT. I wanted to give a little example of how I write and what the POV is going to be in all the chapters. I'm not good at writing first person POVs, so I wont be writing in it. And I know SYOTs are overused, but give me a chance.

Now, down to business.

Yes, yes, there ARE rules for submitting a tribute, but I wont be strict. Please READ these rules otherwise your tribute is most likely NOT going to be accepted.

1. You can leave a tribute in a review OR a PM. Feel free to do either.

2. Mary Sues are allowed, but trust me when I say, they will more than likely NOT win nor will be loved by every other tribute. Perfect tributes will not be accepted into romances either. That's annoying. Unique, not boring tributes are going to live much longer.

3. You may only submit 1 tribute + 1 bloodbath. I will need 4-7 bloodbath tributes. If I do not get the desired amount of them, all normal tributes will be placed into a hat, and randomly drawn. Ones picked will die.

4. Use proper spelling and grammar! I will NOT be spending extra time deciphering your form. If you submit a form that is unreadable, I will NOT use your tribute.

5. You MAY submit a tribute from another story, just please don't copy and paste. Which also means use MY form for your tribute. Ok? Good. If you have read the rules up to this point put "Good tributes read rules" at the top of your form.

6. Lastly, if you submit a tribute, REVIEW! If you don't review at least once every 3-5 chapters, then you're tribute has a better chance of dieing and will get less urm… screen time.

Alright, so that's it with the rules, but I'm not done yet. Some things I want to clear up are…

-I will not have my own tribute into this story, and I don't pick favorites.

-I wont be doing all the reapings. I will do around maybe 4 district's reapings, 4 train rides, etc.

-I will be having polls on my profile about the story, the first one will be about a sponsor system.
