Chapter 1: Don't tell her

Summary: They never say it's normal

Fuyumi turned off the shower and dry herself. If she doesn't hurry, she won't make it to school in time. She walked out of the bathroom and headed toward her room. She quickly put on her cloth and started her first daily routine. Making breakfast.

"Early again today, Yanagi-san" said the big guy, Deku. "Good morning Deku-san. Yes, I won't make it to school in time if I woke up later than this" she continued to chop the potato and mix it with egg.

"Must be very hard,huh. You need to wake up early and make your own breakfast. Why don't you bought some in saty-chan cafe?" Deku asked. "I don't want to cause any trouble for them. Beside, I would rather save the money for my other needs" she explained.

Putting the last touch to her cook, she took out the lunch box from the cabin and place it in the table. "Staz boss hasn't wake up yet?" Deku asked, changing the subject.

"I don't know... Maybe he overslept because he stay up last night finishing the game he just bought" she giggled at her words, very typical of Staz. Staying up late has become his daily routine and later he'll be late for school.

"Deku-san, I cooked too much. Do you want some?" Deku nodded. Fuyumi placed the food in a plate and place it in front of Deku. "I'll be leaving then, make sure you wake Staz-san, Deku-san" she said.

"Oi, Deku... What's that?" Deku turned around, to see the boss standing behind him. "Oh, you wake up early today boss. Yanagi-san cooked it just now" he explained. He took a spoon and ready to take his first bite but stopped by Staz hand.

"Who said you can eat it?" Staz asked. Deku blinked, stared at Staz with a questioning look. Staz took the spoon and the plate away from Deku. "Um..m... Not bad" he said while munching the food in his mouth. Deku only stared, unable to say anything. His boss usually ate breakfast at saty-chan cafe, since no one were to cook at the apartment before Fuyumi came.

The girl once cooked the boss breakfast but he commented it as plain and said he rather eat his favorite tsuchinoko thus, stopping the girl to make anymore breakfast. He doesn't understand why the boss said it was plain. When he tasted it, the girl's food is incredibly delicious.

"Thank you for the food" Staz voice broke Deku thought. "Finish already boss?" He asked. "Yeah, I'll be heading out then. Oh, and Deku..." "Yes?" The big guy asked. "Don't tell Fuyumi I ate her food" and then he disappeared behind the door. Leaving Deku standing there dumbfounded.
