Well this is my first fan fic so please don't be disappointed on how it is. So enjoy. :)
"This looks like a good spot." Bolin said as he turned to the group and set his camping gear on the ground. The group have been walking for thirty minutes in the woods so that Bolin can find the perfect spot to set up camp.
"Finally! I'm tired of walking." Korra said. She dropped all her stuff and collapsed on the ground.
Mako rolled his eyes at Korra. "Would you please stop being annoying and make our tents?"
Korra got up from the ground and looked at Bolin. Looking back at her, he nodded and they both took their bending stands and earthbended four tents. Then they put all their stuff in them.
Korra walked up to her boyfriend and kissed him on the cheek. "Why do you always have to be bossy?"
With his arms crossed, Mako responded. "I'm not bossy. I'm just tired of you complaining all the time."
Korra laughed. "Whatever. So, what should we do now?" The four looked around the area for ideas.
Asami stepped up. "How about we get some wood for the fire? We can use it for lighting and cooking our food." she said while pointing to the trees around them.
"Good idea, but who's going to go get them?" Bolin asked.
"I'll go," Mako said as he turned around and started to walk into the woods. "I'll go, too." Asami said and started to follow him.
After they disappeared in the woods, Korra was getting an uneasy feeling in her stomach. The idea of Mako and Asami being alone together was something she didn't like. Sometimes, she had the feeling that Asami still loved Mako. Korra shook her head, dismissing the thought. Being jealous is stupid. Asami is your friend and she wouldn't do anything to hurt you, she thought. Right?
30 Minutes later
Okay, it does not take that long to get wood, Korra thought. She turned to Bolin who was playing with the dirt. "Hey, I'm going to go look for Mako and Asami. I'll be right back."
Bolin nodded, still having his focus on the dirt. "Okay." Once she was gone, Bolin grabbed a hand full of dirt. "What if..."
Meanwhile
Asami picked up another piece of wood. When should I do it? she thought as she looked up at Mako. For months, Asami had a question burning in the back of her head and she needed to get it out.
"I think we have enough wood for the weekend. Let's head back to camp." Mako said, struggling to keep the wood from falling out of his arms.
"Actually, I have something to ask you. Can we take a break?" Asami asked while she sat on a big rock near them.
Mako sat down next to her. "Sure."
Butterflies formed in Asami. "Okay, I'm just going to say it. I miss us. What we had was amazing. Why did you throw all of that away?"
Mako was taken back from the question she asked. "Well" he didn't know where to begin. "Well, I just don't have those feelings for you anymore. And when I'm with Korra, I feel like I can be myself around her."
Asami just looked at Mako, processing his response. Then she did something unthinkable. Asami leaned in and kissed Mako on the lips.
Mako's eye grow wide. Before Mako had a chance to push Asami, they both heard a gasp. They both turned their heads to see Korra standing in front of them with wide eye that were filling up with tears.
Mako got up and started walking toward her. "Korra, this isn't what you think."
Korra backed away from him. "No. Stay away from me. I never want to talk to you ever again, Mako." And with that, Korra ran away with tears falling out of her eyes.
"Korra!" Mako called after her. He turned to Asami full of anger. "What the hell, Asami? I just told you I don't have feelings for you." Mako didn't even give Asami a chance to answer. He turned to the direction Korra left and ran after her, calling her name. Asami looked down. Why did I do that? She started to cry. Because of her stupidity, she might have just ended the relationship of her two friends.
That's it. Hoped guys liked it. Please Rate and Review.
