Okay, first story ever. Hopefully it's not too bad.

Angelica and Damon had been married for only a year when their world came crashing down. At first objects went missing, then people started to disappear. Worried about the safety of their only son, they fled Russia, never to be seen again.

Twelve years have passed and that very child had just woken up. Kai quickly pulled a brush through his hair and smiled. 'This is gonna be one sweet thirteenth.' he thought to himself. With the same speed, he pulled on his clothes and raced off to school. Unfortunately for Kai his whole carefully built world was going to be turned upside down. It had all started the moment he opened his eyes that morning. It was all going to end with the new students at school.

Kai barely made it through the door when the bell rang. "Mister, you are cutting it close!" Ms. Kincade said, trying to hard to be strict.

"Well, Ms. Beautiful, if you take away my knife, I won't cut it close anymore." Kai replied smiling sweetly.

"Just go sit down." she smiled.

"Well, well. You never get in trouble with that smile of yours, do you Kai?" Tala asked as Kai plopped down beside him.

"It works. You just gotta know what works." Kai whispered, "I think tonight will work, sound good?"

Tala nodded, "The usual?" Kai nodded. The two teens smiled at each other knowingly.

"Alright class. We have two new students with us today. A boy named Brooklyn, and his brother Mystel." Ms. Kincade said as two students walked in. The boy wore nothing but white and smiled cheerfully. His hair was ginger red and he had grass green eyes. As for, Mystel, he wore a simple pair of black pants with a white and blue shirt. His bright blue eyes and sandy blonde her made him look like an angel.

Kai looked at Tala. "You should be nice to him. He looks like our type." The navy haired teen laughed. "Mystel! Come sit with me. I'll show you around."

"Thanks. I'd like that." He replied, going to sit by Tala. "Who are you guys?"

"This is Kai Hiwatari. I'm Tala Ivanov. Welcome to our group."

Kai watched Brooklyn sit by the window. Aftera moment or two, he thought he had seen a blood filled window. He blinked and everything was fine. 'There's something weird with that one.' he thought.

Three long, and boring hours later, Kai, Tala, and Mystel headed out for lunch. "Another boring lunch." Kai mumbled.

"Boring? This lunch will be anthing BUT boring. You just wait." Mystel remarked

"Ohhh. What do you mean?" Tala asked.

"You'll see." Mystel winked knowingly.

A moment later Brooklyn walked by and sat down under a tree nearby. Within seconds, the schoolyard bullies stalked over to him. Luckily the three teens were able to see everything, and not get into trouble.

"Well, well, well. What... Do we have here?" Rick asked. No one replied. "We have a new kid all by himself. And you know what we do to them?"

Behind him, Eddie snickered. "He in't gonna like it. But he'll have to learn the rules."
