it's like toriko's spikefold punch but the moment he says screw he twists he fist and as he says punch he twists it again as it shows a combnation of a screw and spike coming 2gether (a.k.a. the screw spike which is a spike but it's also twisty means it can twist anything inside and out of a food based on my own creation) that shows a twisty like screw piersing right through his enemies chest like a drill as he's twisting his fist at his enemy 2 pals.
