A/N: I don't know what you all think, but personally, I'm happy with how this came out. When I was writing this, I wanted to write it from the perspective of the spirits trapped in Ikana Canyon/Valley (could be one or the other). I figure the spirits were probably a little skeptical about the idea that a 12 or 13-year-old boy could overcome the trials of Stone Tower when their king and his two best soldiers couldn't.
So basically, some of the more skeptical (and pessimistic) spirits are trying to warn Link of the danger because they do not want him to share their fate, to wander the earth (or in this case, Termina) as a spirit damned for eternity. Think whatever you want, that's just my theory.
