A day before Halloween is perfect for Kayla Harper as she sits next to her boyfriend in front of the fire. He's like any man a girl can dream of except for one thing, his appearance.
He looks like a living crocodile, has teeth like a crocodile and a skin like a crocodile. Waylon Jones is his name, but in a wrestling match he preferred his alter ego, Killer Croc. Everyone would either run or make fun of him but not Kayla. She sees a good soul under the thick scale and tonight is going to be alright.
She was snuggling close to him as the fire crackles. Waylon wraps both of his arms around her and sighs. "You're an ange Kayla," Waylon smiled at his lover. "You're handsome yourself," Kayla murmurs while stroking his neck. They were at that position until Kayla broke the silence.
"Can't believe tomorrow is Halloween."
Waylon chuckled, "Yeah. So you wanna go out tomorrow at night?"
"Sure Waylon. But under one condition."
Waylon arched his eyebrow. "And what would that be, ange ?" Kayla gave him a puppy dog eye. "How about you going out as yourself without the coat and hat?"
Waylon pouts. "Kayla, you know there are fan girls out there looking for ' Killer Croc'. What if they know that it is me?"
"Don't worry, I have a plan," Kayla winked at him. Waylon closed his eyes and thought to himself, ' How can a beautiful cher here likes a monster like me ?' Then, he moves his head closer to her so that his mouth was close to her ear. And with that, he whispers a song,

After hearing the song, Kayla threw her arms around Waylon and gave him a big hug. "Waylon, that was beautiful! I didn't know you can sing like an angel."
Waylon smirks. "I'm full of surprises darlin."
Kayla quickly gave him a kiss on his cheek before Waylon pulls her in him and they shared a long passionate kiss until they heard the clock strikes twelve.
"Happy Halloween darlin."
"Happy Halloween, Mr Jones."
