Jasper walked down the stairs. He could smell that Leah had been there. He walked faster and jumped down the last steps. She was nowhere to be seen in the living room. Rosalie was on the couch with Bella and Jacob, playing with Renesmee. Emmett was watching a basketball game. Edward was playing on the piano. Esme was reading, Carlisle beside her also reading. Alice was sewing on one of her dresses that had gotten a big hole. She looked up when he came down and pointed out the door. Jasper smiled a thank you and ran out the door.
It had been a while since he and Alice had got divorced. They hadn't talked together anymore, and Jasper had fell in love with Leah.
The Cullens was in shock when he told them. They hadn't expected it, except maybe Edward. But they had accepted her.
He found Leah by the river. It was raining and by the sight of her she had been here a while. Her hair and clothes were soaked. He knew she could smell him, but she didn't turn around. She stood there, watching the river.
"Jasper" she greeted him. Jasper didn't reply, just walked over to her and sneaked his arms around her waist. She was very wet.
"You're gonna get sick" he whispered in her ear.
"Hm. Good thing I got you to take care of me, then" Leah grinned. Jasper pulled her closer.
"Yeah. You sure are lucky" Jasper murmured.
"I know I am. Even if I'm in love with a bloodsucker" she laughed. Jasper laughed as well. He flet the rain soak through his clothes. They stood in silence for a while.
"Jasper?" Leah asked
"Yes?" Jasper replied.
"You stink" Leah stated. Jasper laughed.
"You have to get used to it" Jasper felt the huge love she had for him.
"I already have. Somewhat. But you still stink" Leah grinned
"You stink as well, Leah Clearwater" Jasper stated. "But I have gotten used to it"
"Mmm" Leah murmured, and turned around. She kissed him.
Jasper seperated his lips and their tongues met. He held her head, one hand on each chin, and one of her hands were under his shirt.
"This is like a movie or something" Leah said when they broke apart.
"Yeah. Vampire meets werewolf, they fall in love and kiss in the rain" Jasper looked at her.
"Except for the Volturi thing, it's almost like a chick flick" Leah smiled.
"Mmm" Jasper replied and kissed her again.
"Love you"
"Love you too"
