Just another quick thought I had...

Neptune walked very slowly down the corridors of the Basilicom. Something was in her mind. Something that would never normally be there. NEVER in her whole life would it be there:
Could she consider herself, a Goddess, the bad one? Like, one that caused destruction and pain? Was that possible?
She never was very clever. Especially after ruining Noire's birthday the other day which infuriated Uni and upset Nepgear...Resulting in her running from Blanc's hammer.
That wasn't the first thing...But things went from bad to worse day after day which in turn led to her starting to feel more and more upset and angry? Wait, she was the protagonist of protagonists! This shouldn't be happening!
However, poor Neptune's mind was starting to slip.
The thunder outside didn't really help and the raining that pattered on the ceiling from outside also didn't really make her feel any better. In fact, it made her feel worse.
She turned another corner and stopped in front of the massive doors that led outside. 'I dunno.' She thought to herself.
There was a thumping like sensation in her chest from the dark thoughts she was being subjected to. What was going on? She wasn't normally like this, so why now?
Neptune walked up to the doors and opened one, rain instantly coming in and hitting her on her face. Washing down her cheek and heading to the floor. As she walked outside, she could have sworn Nepgear or someone was looking at her...
[Awhile later...]
Neptune felt her entire body burn as she walked to the center of Planeptune's high street. She had been walking for awhile.
She heard some music being played from one of the NPC's houses and smiled in a twisted way. She was changing...She couldn't help it.
She felt her power being manipulated and she turned to the house, opening her hand and within moments she had charged a blast that would level the house.
"NEP-NEP!"
Neptune didn't hear the person unfortunately. She let her blast out that flew at high speed and leveled the house within moments...
Killing anyone inside.
[At the Basilicom.]
"Did. She...Just?"
Nepgear was by the window and her eyes were wide and her mouth small. "Neptune..."
Histoire, who was floating next to Nepgear, couldn't believe it either. "There's never been an occasion like this..."
[With Neptune.]
Neptune walked over to the house and looked around. "Good. No survivors."
'THIS ISN'T LIKE ME!' She screamed in her head begging herself to stop, 'Stop! PLEASE! STOP!'
No use.
Neptune's body moved on its own as it headed back around and towards another building before stopping just short of Compa.
"Compa..."
"Nep-Nep! No more! Please! They didn't deserve that!"
"They were just NPC's...No big deal."
IF was next to Compa in an instant. "No big deal Neptune!? You're the Goddess who looks over them! You can't just treat their lives like you treat pudding! You have to be more careful!"
Neptune's eyes glittered red and IF grabbed Compa and pulled her to the floor, just in time too, as Neptune had gone to punch Compa...Thank word IF was in the way. IF managed (just barely) to hold Neptune's punch. "N-No! You can't do this!"
Neptune's body started to radiate with a purple/black aura which had IF gulp. If Neptune transformed while in this state...This would be bad.
Thing was...
Why was Neptune acting like this?
And...
What could stop her!?
