Beyond

Silently, the dragons fly
Etched against the midnight sky
Silv'ry eyes and wings of blue
Entwined beyond an earthly hue
Kissing moonbeams as they pass
Courting stars in heavens, vast
It's here the wing'ed come to weave
A place for those who still believe
For though the earth may cease to see
The magic lab'ring fruitlessly
The skies await for those of love
A wond'rous paradise above
To show them how their world could be
If simple truths, they'd only see...
