Summary: When Lilianah (Annie to some) Stevens was a young girl she lost her mother and father. She was found by an elderly woman who took her in, and raised her as a tree-nymph. At one point, Lilianah befriended the Cullen Clan. Now, over 100 years after her birth, Lilianah moves to La Push Washington, and meets Paul Lahote. When she begins to adjust to life as an imprint, will her life be all smooth sailing? Find out :)

It began in the year 1876, February 29 to be exact. A young woman by the name of Estella Rivers gave birth to a small girl. She was to be named Lilianah Leigh Rivers. Lilianah's first years on Earth were peaceful, but one day, 2 years after she was born, a mysterious old woman who called herself Carya arrived in the small town of Lake Mitchell, Tennessee. Carya kept to herself mostly, only venturing out of her small cottage for necessities.
Mrs. Rivers decided one day to take her beautiful daughter to the river that lay in the outskirts of the forest of Mitchell. As she was holding her little girl she felt her heart give out. A group of hunters found her floating in the river bank hours later. The little girl was never found.
Carya had been wandering the trees when she came across the small child. She felt a small pulse in her brain and knew what had to be done. She scooped the small girl up in her arms and carried her deeper into the forest. When she reached the small cottage she called home she began to chant.
'Homino de tree nya floopio biana.' The little girl had just been blessed with a 'gift' to become a tree at will. Carya raised the girl as if she were her own. Lilianah would grow up like any other normal child, but would stop aging when she turned 19. She would remain 19 until she met her 'soul mate' and would then grow old with him… or her.
Years past, Carya sent her to various schools. Lilianah made friends, acquaintances. One day she met a strange family. They didn't sleep and ate the blood of animals—she knew this, because she saw it when she was changing from her tree form. She quickly got to know this strange family, learning all about them. At the time it was only Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Rosalie, and Emmett. Lilianah and Emmett became close friends that kept in touch even after the family left Tennessee.
The Cullen family returned once more, bringing with them two more members of their family. They called them Alice and Jasper. It was around 1970 that they left Tennessee for the final time. Lilianah continued to keep in touch with her beloved family.
Then, one day Lilianah was walking through the nearest city, and was ambushed. The man was smelly, and big. He didn't stop his advances, even when she asked him too. Now, Lilianah was no virgin, she'd been alive for over 100 years by now, of course she'd had sex. But, she had never been raped.
Weeks later she found out she was pregnant. It was the year 2008, of course it was normal for teen girls to become pregnant. No one judged her, mostly because she still lived with her 'Gran' Carya in the forest.
Months passed, and Lilianah gave birth to a beautiful green eyed baby. She named her Adele McKenzie Stevens. Lilianah cherished her daughter, loved her like she'd never loved anything before.
Three and a half years after the birth of Elle, as Lilianah liked to call her, Lilianah got an invitation in the mail.
