He used me and Ran to defeat Easter so he could destroy my precious Ikuto. Ikuto loved me, but he wasn't like Tadase; Ikuto loved me more than anything in the world. I never understood why,I wasnt really very popular I was only known by other schools as Amu Hinamori: the cool and spicy girl, that's a title to be proud of! But when Ikuto came into my world everything in my life changed. I was happy again and my life suddenly became a perpetual adventure filled with elements of wonder and surprise. I loved it but I hated him for killing X eggs which I could purify to lure the Embryo to me, the embryo was a magical egg that would grant the beholder a single wish.
Ikuto wanted me and the Embryo so bad it was almost pathetic. Ikuto wanted the Embryo for the Easter company so they would let him go, when Ikuto was with Easter he wasn't Ikuto anymore he was a monster. When Ikuto wasnt at Easter he was hitting on me and trying to make me melt but it was just annoying at the time. He would always come in my room and sleep with me but not how you think! he would sometimes already be asleep in my bed when I would come home from school. He looked like an angel while he sleeped. So calm, relaxed, so...beautiful. I was so foolish thinking he was the villian, Stupid Amu! Why? No! How could I think my sweet Ikuto
was ever the one behind the madness? Oh my dear Ikuto where are you?Please come back to me! I'm so alone without you here I can't be happy unless your here with me I can't smile if I don't see you! I-Ikuto p-please come back...
As Amu starts to cry after not seeing Ikuto for a whole year she lays on her side of the bed holding the pillow Ikuto would sleep on. Amu takes the pillow kisses it and cries deeply under her bed covers. Amu's parents shortly after call her down for dinner Amu's parents ask her how the meal is as they shove a bite in their mouth. Amu responds with " it's really yummy mom!". After dinner Amu cleans up the dishes and goes to her room, collapses on her bed and resumes crying under her bed covers.
After putting Ami Amu's baby sister to bed Amu's mother comes into Amu's room to tuck her in for the night, hearing Amu weeping Amu's mother pulls back the covers to find Amu crying under the sheets. Amu's mother asks her "what's wrong Amu?" Amu, still crying her voice is choppy while telling her mom that she is very stressed out over a school assignment. Amu's mother begins to console her and tells Amu that it's ok it's very normal. Amu's mother tucks Amu in bed, turns the light off, closes the door, and quietly leaves the room. Amu continues to cry, after crying for most of the night her tears become dry and her eyes begin to hurt, Amu slowly falls into a deep sleep from being exhausted from crying. It's 2:00 in the morning and Amu finally falls asleep. She dreams of Ikuto's return, it's 7:00 in the morning and Amu wakes up happy and excited, she looks to the left of the bed smiling, but Ikuto is still gone. And Amu's smile turns to a sigh.
