The ruby acts as a protector against enemies

A sapphire symbolizes sincerity, fidelity and truth

Some said that the green tainted gems were the ones who had the highest IQ level, so they were chosen to research the satellite that fell on their world.

With agility, Ruby passed between the small corners of the air ducts that the temple had, she could see "An uncut emerald" watching holograms that were being projected by her gem.

In it, appeared the humans

"What's that doof doing here?" someone said out loud.

Ruby got shocked and stepped back "Get her out of here!"

It was a Carnelian, one of the red gems that were training to conquer their future "planet"

Some thick gems pulled ruby from the legs, putting her face-down

The carnelian got close "Shouldn't you be lubricating the ship?"

Ruby smiled.

"AH" she let out a rageful bellow.

The carnelian didn't even flinch. She pulled a long weapon from her gem. Ruby's heart almost stopped, but she didn't wanted to lose her pride. Those weapons were called "exterminators". They could easily break a gem.

Carnelian pointed at her with her weapon "Don't you wanna suffer the consequences?"

Ruby pulled out her gloves and punched the guards, breaking free. She fell to the ground and dedicated an angerful look to the red gem.

"Being here is perfect, in my opinion" exclaimed and kneeled "I can serve you, as a marine!"

Carnelian put her weapon away and looked at the guards that were in the ground, about to take ruby again. Carnelian looked at them, nodding with her head.

"Very well... If this gem wants war, take it to her"

The guards took Ruby again, she groaned "Hey! I can walk by myself!-shouted.

Downtown

"This evening, we announce that the travel to the hydrologic planet it's almost ready"

"So be prepared because very soon we will be able to... -the gem that was talking smiled- socialize with this species"

With Ruby

Ruby hit the ground, then growled for a second. She was about to get up, until a leg kept her in it

She looked up and saw one of the army's generals. A Pyrite.

"Get up" she said

Ruby got up, keeping a frown on her face.

Pyrite analyzed her carefully. She let out a funny smile and looked to the other side of the training room, where a tall and buffed gem was standing, a moss agate.

"If you die here, you'll become "human" food, if you win, they'll become your plebs in that place" Ruby didn't change her serious expression, Pyrite looked at the moss agate "Fight!"

Ruby clenched her teeth and ran to the gem with her gloves on her hand. She let out a war scream and hit her first.

Moss pulled a shield then an axe "¡Piece of cake!" shouted and took ruby out, whipped her on the wall. She let out a groan of pain but got up anyway.

"I won't give up!"

Moss threw her axe to Ruby. Ruby shouted and stopped the axe with her gloves. She ran where moss was and punched her in the face over again and again.

Panting because of the rush, she didn't let moss get up from the ground; if she tried to do it she shacked the entire place. A lot of gems encouraged the fight.

Ruby noticed that her gem was on her chest, she had to do it. She watched Pyrite trough the corner of her eye.

And with a grand punch, she broke her gem. Shouts of victory were heard all over the temple.
