Finding a story

I'm looking for a story that is a Bella and Edward story about; Bella working for Billy Black at his horse stables with Jacob, that Charlie and Rene think it's not a real career. The new Cullen's arrive in town and looking to build a riding school, a present for Esme from Carlisle. Carlisle sees that Bella is really good at her job, wants her to work for them.
