Hi everyone! I did one of these for the M*A*S*H fandom so I thought I'd give another one of my favourite shows Red Dwarf a go.
Dave Lister
Ivysaur - It was the last one there so I got that one, unfortunately I slept in that morning and I was late. I love Stun Spore. Cheaper than sex.
Trubbish - Found this one in my room one morning so I kept it. Smells like old socks and rotten apples.
Grimer - Found this one in the toilet one day so I kept it. Smells like curry.
Koffing - Found this one outside one day so I kept it. Smells like cigarette smoke and farts.
Misdreavus - No reason for this one at all. Just like him a lot. What do you mean, where's Rimmers trousers? I wouldn't know!
Arnold J. Rimmer
Squirtle - I thought he'd go wonderfully with my BSc and SSc. Can't go wrong!
Spearow - The little blighter kept swooping me every morning! But I fixed him! How does he like the inside of a Poké Ball eh? That'll make him think twice before swooping ME again!
Teddiursa - My mothers. Got it in the settlement when I divorced my parents. I do NOT sleep with it!
Seedot - Found this one when I was a Space Scout. It earned me a Foraging Badge - thankfully the Space Mistress was half blind and didn't realise I was holding a Pokemon.
Ace Rimmer
Blastoise - This brave soul has put out more fires than I can count, and saved so many lives he's almost as famous as me. You can't go past a trusted pal, and old matey here has always got my back.
Fearow - The Angel of the Skies, able to swoop in and save the day. I remember one incident on Third Earth involving three hoverboards, the Legendary Birds, thirty gattling guns and a Panzer. Managed to evade the whole swarm on this boys back and saved the King...and his daughter.
Ursaring - A present from my mother after I became an Officer in the Space Corps. I'm not ashamed to admit to cuddling up to him some nights for warmth.
Shiftry - Found a Seedot when I was in the Space Scouts and earned my Pokémon Trainer badge. We both started out as small and insignificant but together we worked hard and became great.
Cat
Persian - Sleek, powerful, good-looking and NOBODIES fool. Mrrroww!
Gardevoir - She so fine, she so sexy, she's almost as hot hot hot as me! Yeooow!
Luxray - So cool, so electrifyingly smooth! Yeowch!
Kristine Kochanski
Serperior - For the elegant, the sleek, and sophisticated young lady I chose a Pokemon that accurately reflected my status.
Gardevoir - As beautiful and delicate as I am. Plus she's not a complete and utter tart like the Cats Gardevior.
Persian - A well-trained, well-behaved, classy pet who enjoys a good cuddle and a good book. Not like that Cats Persian which is annoying and always wants to bite me.
Teddiursa - He so CUTE! I give him lots of cuddles and he loves me! Unlike Rimmers, which tries to run away from him at every opportunity.
Kryten
Porygon - For helping with Hollys maintenance.
Elekid - For battery life.
Politoed - For cleaning.

I'm a bloody computer, what on earth would I do with Pokémon?!
