"Kori, please don't cry!!" Richard begged, as he wrapped his strong arms around his beloved Kori Anders. She looked up with watery eyes, tears streaming down her face like a waterfall. "Richard, I cannot help it. I am sorry but must you leave for so long?" she cried. Richard kissed her forehead, and rested his chin on top of her head. He stroked Kori's silky, beautiful red hair lovingly and said, "Kori, I love you more than life itself, but you must understand that I have a responsibility that I just cannot ignore." Kori just whimpered. Richard sighed as he looked out the large, clear airport windows. Clear, blue skies, tall, healthy, green palm trees. 'New Jeresy is beautiful, probably the most beautiful state on this Earth,' he thought. Richard was going to be taking a trip to Newark, for business, and leaving behind not only the most spectacle state in the world, but also, Richard looked down at Kori's trembling face. 'But also,' he thought, 'the most wonderful, beautiful girl ever.'

"Port 8, Plane 4. Port 8, Plane 4. Is ready for departure," the intercom called. Kori clung to Richard even harder, as if he were a life-line and again, began to weep. "Kori, my love, I need to go," Richard said gently, slowly lifting her fingers off the back of his jet black tuxedo. Kori stepped back, and stared at Richard's sapphire blue eyes through her tear-stained emerald ones. "I--I lo-love you-Rich-Rich-ard Grayson," she stuttered, in between sniffles. Richard smiled and squeezed his girlfriend's delicate hand. "I love you, too, Kori Anders," he whispered. Kori's lip began to quiver once again. Richard say this and instantly, new the perfect solution. He carefully cupped Kori's chin into his hand and tipped her angelic face up. Kori looked up, lips still trembling. Richard leaned down, and captured his lips with her's, into a satisfyingly sweet kiss. Korina's eyes widenedin surprise, but soon got into the swing of things as she melted into her boyfriend's eager embrace, and into his all-too alluring kiss. The two lovers stayed like this until the intercom stated the last call for Richard's jet. Richard slowly pulled back out of the pleasing osculate. Kori smiled faintly, for the first time since they had arrived at the New Jersey Airport. Richard took this as a chance to do what he had longed to do such a long time ago. He knelt down on one knee and took out a black velvet box out of this pocket, opened it to reveal a large diamond jewel, resting on a silver ring, he looked up at Kori and said, "Kori Anders, will you marry me?"
