'Uhmmm…'
The boy's face reddened as he looked up the big clock tower, his cold feet starting to build. He knew it this was it. His new school. He gulped nervously as he made his way to the reception's office.
'Uhmm… I'm a new student here… Uhm…' he asked shyly.
The receptionist scooted and leaned forward to see him. 'Oh… Welcome to Ichihana High.' She started typing something in the computer and continued on.
'And you are… Koji Kimura?' she asked, reassuringly.
'Mmmm… Yes, Ma'am.' He nodded shyly.
'Ok. I will mark you present since it's your first day here.' She looked at him and smiled gently and looked back to the computer and started typing and clicking on it, and done.
'There. You're marked present, and as of today, you are enrolled to Ichihana High. Please head to the auditorium to
attend the welcoming ceremony.'
He headed to the direction the receptionist gave him, and ended up in a massive hall. Crammed and packed with other new students.
Everyone was mingling from nerds to jocks, just like an average high school.
He sat down quietly in an empty row of seats and looked down on the ground, trying not to attract any attention.
Suddenly, a raven-haired guy walked up to him and passed by as he felt a gentle breeze brushing along his face.
'I bet this person's another transfer student.'
A black-haired guy, with long hair down to his back was behind him. The number one student in Ichihana High. Neji Hyuuga.
'Hmph. He won't be a match for me, that's for sure.' he chuckled slightly, then giving a mischievous grin on his face.
'That's why I love you so much, Neji-chan.'
It was that raven-haired guy.
Looking behind him timidly, he saw his charming smile, and those deep, onyx eyes.
'Wow... Maybe that's why brains have to be matched with beauty...' Koji thought to himself.
He blushed lightly, his hair covering his face.
'Hey, you! Stop looking at Sasuke-kun!' Neji hissing angrily.
'Oh... U-uhm... S-sorry...' he nodded his head for an apology and looked back at the front.
'Hmmm... I shouldn't have sat here.. But, what else should I have done? There was no vacant space anywhere.' he sighed sadly as the principal of the school stood up and started talking through the microphone.
Everyone was listening, their eyes locked onto the speaker. But on Koji's world, is a different story.
He started thinking somewhat a bit pessimistic just by sitting down near a bunch of smart people who were always on top. But who wouldn't? Anxiety started to creep up his legs, cold sweat running down his face.
'What kind of people am I going to be facing here, in this school?' those were the questions ringing in his head.
