Chapter 3
Edward was already leaving the house. Al grabbed Eds' silver watch just in-case, he needed to tell time. Ed walked into a strange alley that he never told Al about. Al paused. Should he really follow Ed from this point? He took a deep breath and entered the alley. He heard voices.
"Welcome Pride, I was waiting for you." The voice sounded very familiar. Al was sure he heard it somewhere. The voice sounded sore, it made him shiver and gave him goose bumps. Al still decided to move on, he needed to find out who it was. Suddenly Al heard the noises that are made when someone uses Alchemy. The alley ended leaving so an opened area. It looked like a forest. Soon he saw two figures fighting.
"Two slow!" One said. Al gasped. It was a humunculus named Envy. "You will never learn if you keep moving like a snail." Al saw golden hair blaze in the sun, that figure kicked Envy, then awkwardly flew backwards. "Stop showing mercy and strike again!" Tired from fighting, the figure stood up, and pulled its' long hair in a pony tail. One of its' hands had a humunculus sign. The other was automail. Al's eyes grew wide. He was shocked. His brother was a homunculus.
"That's all for today, Pride."
"Thanks, Envy." Eds' shadow stretched creating a thin hand. The shadow shook Envys' hand. "I still can't trust you fully. So i will go with this kind of hand-shake."
Envy laughed "Now that is very original" Then Envy froze staring where Al stood. "Well, well, well, Pride, I think we have guests." Edwards shadow stretched grabbing Al and lifting him high in the air. "Brother? What the hell are you doing here?"
Alphonse was tearing up "I though I could trust you.." A silver watch fell to the ground from Al's pocket. Edwards body froze, eyes wide staring at the watch.
"So I see THIS is Prides' weakness." Envy grinned. But in a moment he was no where to be seen.
Edwards' body fell to the ground, his eyes closed. Alphonse fell hard from Edwards shadow hands. Al ran up to him and screamed "Ed, can you hear me? EDWARD! BROTHER!"
Al dragged his brother home. He called the ambulance and the doctors took him to the hospital.
