She heard the door to the empty class room open and she looked up to see a tall lanky red head. She sniffled and he looked over to her. The look of panic on his face clearly showed he didn't know what to do with the crying girl.

"Urm, hey Cho. You alright?" He asked rubbing the back of his neck.

Wiping the tears from her eyes she shook her head, "I'm really not. I don't have anyone to talk to. Would you stay with me for a little while Ron."

His look of panic increased as he looked from her to the door and then over to a bag sitting on the floor. "Oh, um, I was just going to..." he trailed off not sure what to say.

"Oh, well I can see you just came in to get you bag. Your clearly too busy." she raised her hands to her face and started to sob again.

Taking one more look at the door, he walked over and sat next to her on the hard ground and hesitantly put an arm around her. "What did you need to talk about?" he asked in an uncomfortable voice.

She fell on to his chest and grabbed at his robes as she continued to sob harder. "Oh Ron, I just don't know what to do. Harry doesn't like me anymore, I know it. He likes Hermione and I was just starting to get better around him."

He let out a laugh but quickly silenced it when he received a glare from Cho. He unsurely put his other arm around her to hold her a little tighter. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to laugh. It's just that Harry and Hermione are friends. He doesn't like her."

"That's what he said, but I don't believe it." she had quit crying so hard by now and was just resting her head on his chest enjoying the muscular feel of it. She sighed and said, "Ron, do you think you could just hold me awhile?"

"Oh, urm, ok I guess I can." He glanced at the door again and then tightened his hold on her. He breathed in her sent of lilacs and felt himself relax slightly. 'This isn't so bad' he thought to himself.

They sat there for a few more minutes until Cho looked back up at Ron. "You know your eyes are so pretty." she complimented him.

"Um, thanks, I like yours too." he met her gaze and then felt his heart quicken. She had a look in her had never seen before. They stared at each other for what seemed like forever. Ron could now feel her breath on his face and knew that if he moved, even the slightest bit, his lips would meet hers.

He sat as still as possible, not knowing what to do, and that's when it happened. He felt her soft lips on his and melted into the kiss. He could feel the dampness on her cheeks from when she had been crying. He brought his hand up and tangled it in to her hair. Just as he was bringing his other hand up to rest on her mid back he heard the door open.

"Hey Ron, where are you mate? Ron," that's when Harry spotted them kissing and yelled. "RONALD, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

Ron broke the kiss just in time to see Harry turn around and leave the room.
