Wrong

Hey. This is just a cute little one shot about Dasey.

Casey always knew it was wrong to be in love with him. That she would be frowned upon it by others she just didn't expect to be hated like this.

When she had told Truman that she could no longer date him because she had fallen for somebody else, Truman had demanded to know who it was. When he found out he was disgusted. He called her a freak against nature and a creep.

She got the same reaction from the rest of the school as Truman had decided to spread the news about her love life. She was called messed up in the head, a weirdo, Insane.

Somehow the news made it round to Nora and George. She got the same reaction from them. They told her she was never to mention this again. They grounded her and sent to her room. They told her that she wasn't allowed to eat dinner with the family that night.

That was when Casey decided it must have been more wrong than she earlier thought because they couldn't possible ground her for being in love. Why was it so wrong though? They weren't related. Not by blood anyway, and they were the same age.

It was useless though. He was way out of her league. Well not really, but she could never have him. That thought brought tears to her eyes. She cried as she lay on her bed.

The door opened and Casey immediately turned around knowing it would be Nora coming to talk about this or Lizzie wanting to know why Nora and George were so angry.

"Case," a voice said. A male voice so it scored out Nora and Lizzie but it was too old to belong to Edwin and too young for George.

That only left...him. This had to have been the worse person to have come in. By now he would already have been informed about a hundred times about the fact his step-sister was in love with him and now he had come to laugh at her.

"Go away, Derek. I don't want to talk to you!" she sobbed.

"I brought you dinner," Derek spoke. "I thought you might be hungry."

Casey turned around and saw that Derek had a tub of ice-cream and two spoons.

"That's not dinner," she pointed out as she wiped a falling tear away.

"Give me a break. I had to sneak something up here and lets face it, I'm not exactly the guy who's going to bring up pasta as a snack, so they'd probably get suspicious if they saw me carrying that up to my room," he told her.

Casey gave a small laugh and Derek handed her a spoon. He sat on the bed next to her and opened the tub.

It was a new tub and Derek had carved with his spoon I 3 U 2

Casey stared at him in shock.

"Is this some sort of sick joke?" she asked and Derek quickly shook his head.

"It's no joke," he spoke. "I dunno why and I know it is wrong but I've fallen for you."

Casey smiled leant over and gave him a small kiss on the lips.

"I love you too," she smiled and the smiled at the ice-cream. "I don't want to eat it now."

"I do," Derek smiled and dug his spoon in. Casey rolled her eyes and began to eat as well.

"Derek," she said softly after a few minutes. "What are we going to do? Everyone thought this was wrong when they found out about me."

Derek simply smiled at her.

"I guess we'll just have to be wrong, together."

So hope you all liked it. :D
