I, Lucifer by Destroy the Runner
I'm not a man.
Not of this
world,
and you must understand that.
I've got a predestined
plan.
I walk better than you.
I'll preach what I practice,
and
I will practice on you.
Dean grabbed Sam in a frenzy, latching on to his brother's jacket, tugging it as he urged Sam to go – this was the only comfort that they had had towards each other in months.
'Come on Sammy….Come on!!'
Dean continued to pull Sam away from the opening portal – the portal that bled intense white light into its surroundings, hurting the Winchester's eyes. The smell of brimstone, sulphur and the putrid tang of burning flesh escaping this gateway to Hell hung in the air. Dean looked towards his younger brother, his eyes pleading with Sam to go, but Sam remained – his eyes fixated towards the portal.
'He's coming….He's coming….He's coming…'
Sam's continuous uttering caused Dean to shake him…hard. The light continued to become even more powerful as the brothers became even more fearful, wondering just how they would get out of this mess this time.
'Sammy…we gotta go! Come on!!!
'Yeah….'
Sam grabbed hold of his brother's arm, as they begun to make their way outside. Suddenly a noise made them turn around quickly as behind them; thick, black smoke was making it way towards them – red, orange and white swirls mixing in with this unknown entity. The sounds of screams filled the air as the smoke became larger and thicker in density. It covered Sam and Dean as it flowed out to the outside – as it passed the walls and windows of the building, it destroyed them into dust; the tiny particles resting onto the floor and onto the Winchester's clothing.
Sam and Dean were suddenly outside as the building they were in was completely gone, obviously blown apart from the smoke - the underlying ground burnt and glowing with the redness of where Hell's gateway once was. The smoke continued to grow larger as it reached up into the sky, covering it slowly like a thick blanket. Suddenly red lightning and sparks shot down from this entity…the sparks causing fire on the ground below. All around Sam and Dean was mass heat from the roaring flames – a vision that reminded Dean of a Hell he once lived in.
'Dean…'
Dean looked towards his brother…his life. He noticed Sam was sobbing, tears running down his blotchy cheeks and shaking his head, his hair sticking onto his face.
'What have I done?...'
Dean brought Sam closer to him, placing an arm around his brother, bringing him closer, now staring onto what were the beginnings of Hell on Earth.
'I don't know Sammy….I really don't know…'
Authors Note – I know its nothing special…Just wanted to write a quick continuation of the final scene from 'Lucifer Rising'
