It's hard, Piper decides, to put all your faith in someone.
Flying in a plane is one thing, but flying with Jason is another thing altogether.
He spins them around in the air, making her thin braids and loose strands of hair whip her in the face. But she really doesn't mind.
The ground is far below, Leo merely a speck, hardly noticeable. Piper realises that Jason could drop her or let go at any given moment and she'll fall to her death, but all she does is stiffen and smile awkwardly.
Jason sees this and grins at her before tightening his grip on her.
