Welcome to the bane of my existence, and my thrust back into the fanfiction world. After this little thing, I have a bunch of little fic ideas in my head I want to get down on paper. So, I hope to get a lot out in the coming weeks.

Someone once told me that nothing lasts forever.
Well, that person is dead. Along with three-fourths for this city.
And there's nothing I can do about it – yet, anyway…
I had to force the information out of Jinmay, only minutes after I had awakened. I knew she didn't want to tell me, but I had to know. It had had most of it told to me during those bastards "sessions" with me.
She told me everything. Completely and fully. She called in a couple teens to help with the few points she wasn't around for. Surprisingly, one of the teens was the girl who got me out of that hellhole.
I learned that Shuggazoom had fallen not a week after I had been captured. Most of our friends – BT, Glenny, Mr. Gakslapper – had fled, only to be captured and killed a few months later.
Video games were a thing of the past, as there was no electricity anymore. I pointed out that that couldn't be true, as the bastard's castle had power, along with where we were staying. The teenage girl – Kiy, I learned later – stated that there were people – I think she said Knights, whatever they are - who put the power through the power lines.
Most of the adults were gone, apart of His Majesty's army. That much I knew, as they were forced to- um… well let's not go there. The children, however…
They lived underground. They were the one's fighting the Skullbearers. They – and I say this proudly – are the ones who are fighting for Shuggazoom's return.
Jinmay told me that Kiy and her boyfriend Yukoto were the ones who got me out of that hellhole. I'll have to thank them later.
A doctor burst in just before Jinmay finished her story. With a roll of her eyes, she promised to return in the morning - and how do they know that it's morning? – and finish the tale.
I was left to my thoughts, and soon, my nightmares.
Two weeks later found me on the surface again, standing next to the rusted metal that now made up the Super Robot. In the distance, I could see the looming Citadel of Bone Castle, the location of my terrors and nightmares.
My eyes traveled over the ruins of my birthplace – my home. The place that I had sworn to protect, and had failed to do so.
Ten years ago, Antauri told me, "Nothing lasts forever, Chiro. Not even in this day and age of peace."
Now it's time to return this world to what it once was.
First, thought, I think I should rescue the Monkey Team…
A/N: Yes, Chiro swears. But imagine it from his point of view. He's been trapped in the dark for more than ten years. I think he'd be a little more then pissed.
This little piece is to launch me back into my RP, The Shuggazoom Knights. Kights, have no fear, the RP will restart next Friday, as that's when my spring break starts. Sorry for my long absence, I blame school.
