Simon POV

Simon was walking back and forth in the New York Institute. He had been waiting for Izzy a half now and she still didnt show for their date. Simon was still walking when she heard to click of high heels on the hardwood floors.

"Hey I was getting worried." Simon said with a smile on his face.

"Well I have to look good for you sence yopu dont quite remember me yet so now I make a memorable impression on you." replied Izzy and grab Simonzs hand started to make their way to the exit of the Institute. Simon helped Izzy down the stairs og the front enterence and hailed a taxi for them to ride in.

Simon got in the cab last then pull his shadowhunter girlfriend into his arms and the cab drove off.

It toke about 5 minetues to get the French resturant they would be eating a tonight. Simon help Izzy out of the car and went inside.

"May I help you today young man." the hostis said.

"Yes I would like a table for two please." he asked with a smile. The man punched some stuff into his computter and then looked back to Simon and Izzy waiting for an anser.

"I have some bad news" he said "I'm sorry but we dont have any seats avaialbe tonight but if you want I can book you for next week."

"No thats okay." said Simon with a frown on his face. He took Izzy by the hand and lead her out of the place. Then turned to her and said "Izzy I am so sorry for making you get all dressed up and then we dont eveen get to eat at a fancy resturant. But at lest I can still give you this he said ulling a box out of his coat and handing it to her.

She toke the box and opened it to finf a bracelet with vampire teeth, and "I" and "S" also a high heel boot.

Shestarted to blush and rap her arms around Simon. He almost fell over have to remember hes not as strong as he used to be. when she pulled back she said "Simon I love it. I love that you took the time to get me a gift now I feel bad I didnt get you anything."" addigna frown at the end.

Simon put his finger under her chin and lifted her head, looking into her eyes. He can see the wonders beyond.

"You didnt have to get me anything all I could ever want is right in front of me." he said and that maid her blush. Izzy grab the fabric on his chest and pulled him down to kiss her. The kiss lasted a long time, it was a passonite kiss with sparks of energy in it.

"I dont feel up to dinner, how about just dessert?" she said raising her eyebrow and with that Simon laughed and replied "Izzy Lightwood what have you got on your mind?"

"oh I see your not interested..." she said teasing Simon. "Hey now I never saud that." he put his arm around her and they set of back toward the Institute for some dessert.
