Heyy guys!
So I came up with an idea for a Prologue that should give you an idea of some of the things you could be expecting in Never Alone. It's not very long and you might think WTH? This has nothing to do with whats going on! But you'll understand what it's all for when most of my ideas are up and ready :)
Never Alone: Prologue
They were watching her; scrutinizing her every move. In every shadow they were waiting for her. Waiting for the day that she would become one of them. She belonged to one of them. And yet she could not see them, even when they were close. So close that she could walk past them in the street or stand in the same room but she would not know. She would never know. All of the secrets that caused the pain she dwelled in were right there, waiting.
He who they sent, watched unseen as three silhouettes approached in a cruiser and two bright beams of light flashed along the road. But he knew that she was in there. He had followed her here; right to the very door of the Uncle who would guard her. But not for long. It was only a matter of time before fate took over. Before she joined them in the world of the unknown...
Their seeker saw that he had done right. The girl that he had been following was the first to exit the vehicle. She was petite, brown haired and definitely one of them. The time would be soon, he thought and disappeared into the night to tell they who await.
