Just listen to Brandy(You're a Fine Girl) And I hope you feel some emotion to this story as I do. I don't own the song, or the characters, not even the idea! Oh wow... I suck...

A.N: I hope you enjoy this story, as it is only my second Het Yugioh fic! And with another strange pairing you barely see! But I hope you enjoy it ever the less.

"Hey hunny! Another round for the boys!" She worked on the western shore of domino city. In a small pub where all the fisherman and sailors that came to harbor stopped for a pint; or six.

"Here you are, drink up boys! It's been a while since you've been to town." Her eyes shone as she smiled, the green orbs glowing despite the darkened room. She took a seat with them and listened to them rattle on about their child hoods, and their own harbors.

"You know Shizu you'd be a good wife to some lucky fellow!" They always said this and she always smiled and laughed it off. Though her heart ached for the one that held it, even as he was so far away.

"More drinks?" She stood up, as she noticed their nearly empty glasses.

"Keep 'em coming!" She walked away her eyes drawn to her wrist, the silver bracelet that laid there. A name engraved in the braided silver.

"And down again!" She said as she handed out the drinks, in her hand her own.

"A toast! To our good lady. The Sea, we love you dear!" The sailors laughed and Shizuka just smiled along, none of the rowdy crowd noticing her soft sigh. She found it funny that she was jealous of a large body of water; the sea that kept her love away.

"Be safe; don't go sailing off before saying bye either!" She called as the drunken sailors stumbled their way out of the bar.

Water weaved around her sandal clad feet as walked along the beach, on her way home from work. Her eyes drifted up as the fimilar sent of salt water assaulted her nose, looking up as a shadowed figure approached her. The distinct navy coloured hair sending a heart into over drive. She picked up sped and flung herself at the figure.

"Miss me?" The rich voice laughed and it caused tears in her eyes. Unwilling to let go she looked up her arms still around the man.

"It's been so long; how long are you here for?"

"I set sail at dawn." His voice was even, his face was serene, though she could still feel the pounding of his heart. Nothing had changed even after the months apart.

"Then don't leave my sight until then."

"I don't plan on even letting you go." With that the two kissed, the moonlight dancing in their hair, their bodies sinking in the sand.

"Mako..."

But my life my love and my lady is sea.

I hope you enjoyed the story, I actually think I'm in love with this peice ...
