Finding love in strange places
It was a beautiful summer day and Kagome had just returned to the feudal era. She had been gone for one week with much protest from Inuyasha but after a few sit commands , Kagome was gone on her week long reprieve. She had made it a point to bring back extra ramen and potato chips for Inuyasha. Hoping to make up for the disagreement they had before she left. Stretching her miko senses looking to find Inuyasha nearby but to no such luck. She resigned herself to hauling her enormous book bag herself. Heading through the forest to the village of Kadea. As she was halfway there she started to hear noises . She thought maybe someone needs help so she followed the sound until she came to a clearing. What she saw caused her heart to break. Right before her eyes was Inuyasha and Kikiyo naked and in the heat of the moment, closes tossed carelessly then she heard, "yasha do you love me?. Yes, Yes more than life itself Kikiyo. What of my reincarnation? She is only a shard detector. I have sworn to protect her and I will but my heart and soul belongs to you. Kagome had heard enough. She ran, ran away from the village and deeper into the forest. She didn't know how long she ran. But she didn't care at that moment. Finally tripping over a raised tree root in the path did she give in to exhaustion. Little did she know that she was being watched as she had crossed into the borders of the western lands.
She woke up the sun high above and birds chirping. Pulling herself up off the ground wondering where she was and thinking it probably wasn't a good idea to run into the woods without weapons to defend herself no less. Making up her mind to head back east she turned to face non-other than Sesshoumaru.
