Reading Fade Out

Please read first!

Contains spoilers of black dawn in this one chapter.

This is just how they find the book, you might not have to read it but it will help in a way.

3rd person Pov.

Claire had sat alone on the glass house sofa, none else was home at the time; Shane was out doing whatever Shane does (which is not a lot). Eve and Michael had spent as much time together as they could.

Amelie and Oliver had an ongoing war between them on what was the best way to clean the town up after the draug destroyed everything the town had built.

Claire was ignoring Hannah and Mrynin completely, sure she had helped when Hannah was hurt but now Claire only saw the two people who were going to risk her life after everything she had done for the town ( even if she would had done that anyway ).

With nothing else to do she decided to go for a walk around the town, it wasn't safe but Claire didn't have anything to do and she really didn't want to sit around all day.

Somehow, along her walk she'd ended walking up to the Morganville cemetery, when something out of the corner of her eye caught her attention, it was a normal grave stone, with the name and date of who had died, but out of all the people who had passed on around here, she knew him.

Hiram Glass.

It wasn't just the name that was standing out but a box as well, it lay on top of the raised ground, it didn't look as if it had been around here that long.

After kicking the box gently with her foot to see if it would do anything with contact (Myrnin always had box's that would explode if she touched them) she slowly picked up it, still not too sure of the contents inside.

The box was really, really heavy.

Around 30 minutes later

Claire had called almost everyone she knew to come and see what lay inside the box.

After everyone sat down they all found out that, there were 12 books inside, much to Shane, Michael, Eve, and maybe even Oliver's disappointment.

Amelie didn't show any emotion, Hannah just sat there, but Myrnin looked happy along with Claire.

Together they all did a vote on which book they were going to read first, Claire hadn't turned over the book and read the back or even looked at the "The Morganville Vampires Book ..."

After she read all the titles not even going to bother to start at the first book.

They chose the one called Fade out.
