When Thunder Rolls
As the rain pours down and the lighting strikes, Big Mac is talking to somepony as lighting strikes and the lights goes out. Big Mac tries to comfort the mare that is in pain, "everything is going to be ok sugar cube, Big Mac is here for ya." As the lighting comes through the window it lights up the room, you see a mare laying on the table groaning in pain.
The mare tells the doctor to give her some pain medication "sorry miss it's too late for the medication." The mare screams out in pain. Big Mac holds her hoof and wipes her face, as the pain gets worse and worse and the screams gets louder and louder suddenly you hear a clap of thunder and a baby cry as the lights come on you see a tired and sweaty Pinkie Pie with a baby on her chest and a big smile on Mac's face Pinkie looks up at Big Mac "meet your daughter Tickled Pink Apple."
