A/N: Okie... so I'm finally getting along to re-writing this story... only because I realized that one of the stories I'm writing know, is kinda a run-on with this one... So, I updated. Go me.

rating: T because of violence and bad choice of words that '9 year olds' should not say or hear or see.
It was a Saturday morning and all seemed well, the teens were all in the Youth Center chatting amongst themselves. Tommy, Zack and Jason taking turns sparring with each other, loser leaving and letting the other in on a chance to beat the winner. Trini, Kimberly and Billy all sitting at one of the tables, drinking their soft drinks, talking and watching the three guys spar.
The sounds of their communicators cut through the air, stopping the sparring instantly. They looked at each other and quickly walked out of the Youth Center searching for a place where nobody could see them.
"This is Jason. What's up Zordon?" Jason said as the other rangers gathered around him.
"Rangers, Scorpina and some putties are terrorizing the citizens at the park. You must stop them before they cause any damage."
"We're on our way," Jason said as he ended the connection and turned to the others," You ready guys?"
"Ready."
"All right... It's Morphin Time!" They brought their hands to their belts and then threw them out in front of their chests.
"Mastodon." Zack yelled as he transformed into the black ranger.
"Pterodactyl." Kimberly, the pink ranger.
"Tricetops." Billy, the blue ranger.
"Sabertooth Tiger." Trini, the yellow ranger.
"Tyrannosaurus." Jason, the red ranger and the leader.
"Dragonzord." And Tommy, the green ranger to finish off the sequence.
The array of colorful lights shimmered in the park before fading out to reveal the Power Rangers. They were instantly attacked by twenty Putties, each one lunging themselves at the Rangers.
The screams of all the citizens could still be heard as the sun reflected of a thing of gold that went around one of the trees. Jason saw the shimmer and went to investigate. As soon as Jason came around the tree, Scorpina launched herself at Jason, bringing him to the ground. Jason rolled out of the way just as one of her fists came lunging down towards him.
They stood, both in their fighting stance, waiting for the other to take the first move. Scorpina once again launched her self at Jason, her fists swinging away just waiting to connect with something. Jason blocked all but one, which is the one that would cost him the fight. As soon as he went to block one of the punches, Scorpina opened her left fist and grabbed Jason's wrist with it, tightening her grip instantly. Her right fist able to connect with Jason's chest, pushing him back into a tree. Only then to be pulled back towards Scorpina, who twisted his wrist, wrapping his arm around his own body and bringing her other hand up around his neck.
"Red Ranger," Scorpina said as all the other rangers turned to look at what was happening,"I am here to deliver you to Lord Zedd and Empress Rita. It's time for you to join the side of evil once and for all. Till next Time Rangers."
"Jason!" Each rangers voice cried out as their friend vanished along with Scorpina and the putties.
