Hi there, guys! I'm still working on chapter 6 of Land of Confusion (or LoC), but since I haven't updated in a while and might not for another while yet, I thought I'd give you something to read in the meantime. I got a review for my other oneshot, Ribbons, from Gohans-Sister-SSJ that said I should write more like that, so I did. In fact, I'm considering making it a collection of oneshots, as I've got several more ideas swirling around in my brain.... Let me know what you think, alright?

"What'cha doin', Bulma?" Seiya asked, peeking into the kitchen.

"Making a cake," Bulma replied.

"A cake?" The child's eyes lit up. "Can I help?" she asked eagerly.

Bulma was silent for a moment. She knew if she said no, Seiya might cry, but if she said yes, it was highly likely that her kitchen would be either destroyed or become a giant mess. So, instead of answering, she asked a question. "Where are Trunks and Goten?"

"Outside."

"And why aren't you outside, too?"

" 'Cause boys are stupid," Seiya said bitterly.

Bulma looked up from her baking. "What did they do?"

The seven year-old crossed her arms. "They said they were gonna play a game and that there were no girls allowed in it, so I had to come in here and leave them alone."

No girls allowed... Bulma thought to herself. I know how it feels to get told that and then shooed away...

"Come here, Seiya," the blue-haired woman said as she drug a stool over to the counter. Smiling widely, Goku's daughter obeyed, skipping across the tiled floor happily.

"What do I do, what do I do?" Seiya asked, bouncing up and down excitedly.

Bulma laughed. "Whoah, calm down!" The child stopped hopping. "Alright. Now, do you want to make the cake or the cookies?"

"COOKIES!!" she shouted.

"Okay. Well then, what you'll need to do..."

Seiya, too excited to listen, heard nothing but the last part of Bulma's instructions.

"And whatever you do, don't forget to set the mixer on low!"

(line break)

Trunks flopped backward into the grass. Goten fell beside him. The two boys had been playing their favorite training game, which involved shooting energy blasts at one another, running and jumping, and, as a new added challenge, transforming into Super Saiyans. Now, they were exhausted - and hungry.

"Hey Goten, let's go get some lunch," Trunks said, sitting up.

"Yeah!"

The boys jumped to their feet and scurried off to the kitchen...

"I'm gonna have a- Whoah!" Trunks exclaimed when he opened the door.

The walls were covered in a sticky substance, as were the two people in the middle of the room.

"...Oopsie..." came a voice that Trunks recognized as Seiya's.

"What happened??" Goten asked, his eyes wide as he looked at the mess.

"I, uh, forgot to set the mixer on low," Seiya said sheepishly, rubbing the back of her batter covered head with her sticky hand.

And... voila! It is done! Very short, but hopefully as cute as I intended it to be.
