Prolouge: This takes place after Ranma and Akane's wedding. Ukyo's batteling her self to except the truth.

Ranma...... No, no way this can be true. His face flashed in her mind " Uuchan". No GET OUT! " Uuchan". GET OUT! She screamed. She woke up. This was the fifth time in a row she's had this dream since the wedding. She was his cute fian'ce. Shampoo had gone back to China with her grandmother and Mouse folowing of course. Now that Ranma had confessed his love for Akane and they had married she felt as if she had failed in some way. His face has been haunting her. There's no way he was married. Just like her dreams, she'd wake up and have a cold sweat and there would still be a chance. "No he's married. No he's NOT. Get over it he is! NO HE'S NOT! " her mind had been bataling over this also.
- Morning at Uuchans okonomiyaki Shop-
" Good morning Ukyo." Taro said coming through the door of the resturaunt.
" Morning Taro." she said in a melancholy tone not realizing that she had burned the okonomiyaki .
" Nice job..." he chuchkled seeing her mistake. She ignored his teasing, she ignored almost everything these days. She poured another batch of batter on the hot stove. ( Is this what I'll be doing my hole life? Makin stupid okonomiyaki !) she thought. She sighed as she finished the dish and handed it to Taro.
"I'm going out for a while take over for me okay?" Ukyo said coming out from behind the counter while she handed Taro the spatula and batter.
( How could you let him........ It's not your fault, he's happy.... Your his best friend not his girl friend....) she was growing tired of arguing with her self. She walked around Nermia seeing happy couples all over. (... I wish I was that lucky..) she thought starting to cry. ( No! Don't let them see you cry!.... ) she thought running. Then she bumped into a familar face. It was Ryouga. He had been a total disaster since the wedding. He told Akane that he was P-chan and she had said she hated him. That destroyed him.
".. Ukyo.. " he said trying to look a little happy. His eyes had changed, they looked softer and hurt unlike before.
" Ryouga, how have you been?" Ukyo said wiping the tears off her face so he could feel comfterble.
" I went back to China and had the curse broken. I saw Akari but she's engaged now . So I decided to come back here." he said giving a sigh.
" So your not a little black pig any more? That's really good isn't it?" she said trying to be cheery.
" I guess, if that's good. Both women I love are now both taken. So what's the point now?" Ryouga said ignoring the cheer in her voice.
" Hey there are plenty of other girls out there. " Ukyo said coming to her sences ( YOUR GIVING OUT THE ADVICE YOU SHOULD BE LISTENING TO!) she thought . " Trust me." she said looking like she used to.
" Alright, but only because you know what your talking about." he said looking a little more cheerful than he had been before. Then out of nowhere he leans down and kisses her. " Thanks Ukyo." he said walking away.
