A/N This is my first Fanfiction, so if you don't like it I can understand. This will go on for a while. Hopefully, so if I don't upload I probably have bad internet or writers block. Enjoy and review!

Pen held the gem right above The Enchiridion. Joshua watched with awe as Pen placed it in its slot. Suddenly the gems started to glow, as the decorations came off, covering it with a black substance, revealing a rock below.

"Step three complete," Pen began, "Step four…"

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. "Come in," Pen called. Marceline floated into the room. "What is it?" Pen asked.

"The Ice Prince has captured more princesses and I think he might kill them if they don't marry him.

"You know, I've always wondered what death feels like. And birth. Don't remember much about that either.

"Yeah… Death… I don't know what that feels like." Marceline rubbed her arm.

"Let's go!"

Later, Pen, Joshua and Marceline were riding on Bartram to the Ice Kingdom. "Where'd you get this mule anyway?" Joshua asked Pen.

"It's was my brother, Finn's. Though I think he's dead."

As they got to the Ice Kingdom, Marceline got worried. Pen had already mentioned his brother, and she had almost told him that she had died before, and then resurrected by her father, who she yelled at for eating her fries.

The Ice Prince had lined up all the princesses. In chains of course. It was then he heard Pen and his stupid mule. And he had brought Josh. Well he had expected that one. He didn't expect Marceline to come as well.

BAM! Pen and Joshua burst into the room. "I had almost finished my princess collection!" he yelled at the heroes.

"Well you're gonna have to restart!" Joshua yelled. He got out his demon-blood sword and strikes straight at the Ice Prince. The prince just dodged out of the way, and the blade hit the chains for one of the princesses.

Pen then did a leap at Ice Prince, with Scarlet in his hand. The lunatic did a cartwheel to get out of the way, hitting Pen's bag with his foot, and hurting it. Right after his foot hit the bag, The Enchiridion (what's left off it) fell out and hit the ground breaking.

A portal instantly appeared. "Hey! That's our wish portal," Joshua said. As soon as he heard the word wish combined with portal Ice Prince knew what he had to do.

He ran at the portal with all his might. He could've flown, but this was his big moment. Joshua and Pen realised what he was doing too late, and instead followed him to the Time Room. Marcy just made it as the portal closed.

She ran to the Time Room, and what she saw gave her a shock…
