Summary: AU. She had just returned to a town she once grew up in. But the town wasn't as she left it. There was an eerie air blanketing the town. People are acting suspicious, secrets are being kept. And she was being hunted. It's all because of her curiosity: The very reason why she's entangled in the town's mess and the very reason why she's running for her life. While on the run, she meets several people who help her find out the town's secret. But the question is: Can they be trusted? Because in this town, no one can be trusted.

Trust no one.
That was the last words uttered by her so-called sister as she dropped dead, a knife protruding from her back.
She let out a horrified scream, trembling as she looked beyond the limp body that was once her sister. A man stood with a creepy grin, blood dripping from his face. He was a mangled mess, but he still stood.

They're out to get you.
The words echoed in her mind as the man struggled to pull out the knife.
"Noo…" She trembled, and with one last look at the corpse and the man who had now held the knife, she ran.

She knew it. There was something odd in this town. And now that she's found out, they're out to get her.
Nobody must find out their secret.
A few tears streamed down her face. It was her fault. She had to be the curious and rebellious one. Now look at where it took her. She's now in danger. Because of her, innocent people have died. They were pretty desperate.
All those who found out must die.
Her suspicions were correct. There was something fish going on, and it was all well hid in their goody-two-shoes façade. So that's why there were rules about curiosity.
If curiosity killed the cat, it can kill you too.
This explained almost everyone's peculiar behavior.
If you want to live, you must keep your mouth shut.
It was a mistake bringing her into this town. She was simply curious and restless. It was only a matter of time until she figured something out.
And now she had found out. A secret that's so confidential that all outsiders who found out must be annihilated. She indeed was now an outsider, even though she lived there when the secret was yet to be executed.
And she was one of the deadliest threats to their secret. She must be killed.

Hello everyone! I've got a new story for you (: I thought this up while I was on vacation in Manila since I had nothing to do. Anyway, sorry if this is short. I've already started on the first chapter so Chapter 1 will be up in a few days.
