in my draem effy piked my name out of the contaner and i strated crying . suddnly i woke up in my bed and it was the day of the hunger games .
hi my name is spirit trueblood. ive been bffs with katnis for my hole life ever sense we were little kids . last yaer katnis got pikced for the hunger games and she won agenst like 50 other kids. now shes rich and famus and sh e taks me with her wen she goes too her manshun but im still raelly poor and i got o hunt in the forest for food.
i was suuuppper poor one day i strated to starv to deth on the street and then
one day it was time to chose the next victer of the hunger games. i put on a long silk dress amde by my mom (she was a close maker) it glamerusly fited me perdectly. i took my baby sister sliver to the big meetinf place (i dont now what its calld)

"u just go up there if u get calld. but dont worry becus u probly wont get calld. if its gunna be any one its me" i moand sadly. i new it woud probly be me becuz i hav rly bad luck. one time i tried to throw my nife at a deer but it ended up throw ing it at a tree cuz im a moron like that.
