A/N: OK, this is actually not my first Prison Break fic. In fact, I have quite a few stored away somewhere- But this is the first (and probably only) PB fic I will be publishing. It's actually kinda funny how this story came to be- I was just about to jump in the shower when this struck me. I had to drop everything and write it. That was like- 12 hours ago- So please forgive me for some errors that may come up... I just really wanted to get this story out there, ya know?
Anyway, forgive my Spanish, I know only what I over hear on Dora the Explorer. (SANTA means jump :D)
SPOILERS FOR THE SERIES FINALE-- DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET!!
((Reviews are tenderly loved and appreciated - DISCLAIMER: Not mine. If it were, Michael would have lived to see his son. ::Sob::))

"Sí, Sara- PUSH!"
She cried in agony as the pressure peaked and she sobbed into it. She stopped for a moment to take a breath as the razor sharp pain dulled momentarily.
"Bueno, bueno! One more push, chica! He is coming!"
A harsh shriek, relief then silence.
There were a few seconds of stillness in the delivery room before it was broken by the first cries of Sara Scofield's son.
"Very good, Mrs Scofield!" The nurse announced through a thick accent, "We have baby boy!"
The nurse handed the tiny little boy to Sara as she shakily took him into her arms for the first time.
"Hey little guy-" Sara looked into freshly opened deep blue eyes, and as the boy's sobs subsided, his mother's began.

A few hours later, he found them in a quiet hospital room completely alone- the silence interrupted only by the occasional sniffle of the new mom. He watched as she cradled her son close to her heart.
Lincoln knocked gently before entering the room. Even though he knew he was their family, he still felt as though he was intruding.
"Hey, Doll." He greeted warmly, placing a bouquet of flowers on her table side as he approached her bed. A reluctant sob replaced any kind of greeting she might've prepared for her brother-in-law.
Linc grabbed a box of tissues, "Wanna trade?"
Sara choked out a sad chuckle followed by a graceless sniffle. She nodded her head and watched in amazement at how gently the massive man took his new-born nephew into his arms and cradled the boy as if her were his own.
"It's a boy- Just like he thought."
"Yeah, well- he was a genius, remember. There's not much he was ever wrong about."
Sara let another slew of tears escape as she examined her wedding ring wrapped around shaky hands.
"Oh, God," she sobbed, "I wish he was here."
"Hey," Linc replied gently, handing the baby boy back to his mother. He repositioned himself directly at her bedside and followed her gaze towards her beautiful new son. He met her red and watery eyes for the first time since her husband died, "He is here, Sara."
She let one last sob escape before stroking her son's cotton covered head, "I love you, Michael."
"Michael. It's a great name, isn't it?"
She sniffled and sighed a shaky breath. She looked from her son, to her son's Godfather and met his concerned gaze once more with a deep, strong breath, "It's his name. Michael Frank Scofield."
"And it always will be."
"Because we will never, ever forget your daddy, Michael."

A/N2:Sniffle, sob. Even though Michael died in the end, I somehow managed to genuinely enjoy the series finale... I would have enjoyed it a whole lot more if they didn't kill Michael, BUUUT that's another story... PLEASE REVIEW! I LOVE feedback.
