Disclaimer: I do not own anything to do with gravitation and its characters; it belongs to the creator of the series. (Sorry, forgot the name…). I only own this poem, and I want to keep owning this poem, for it is mine, got it?
For What I LoveYou slowly drift me into a different place
Where only you and I exist.
Your voice lifts me from all that is wrong,
Takes me from the pain we suffer.
Loneliness sinks in when your not here.
Where have you gone?
I need your beat
To keep me going strong.
You find me again.
Your sound and tone makes me laugh and giggle,
Your pictures make me dance.
Your presence surrounds me in a blanket,
And all keeps me in a trance.
I come back to present time.
You're still right beside me,
Watching and listening to what I say or do,
Even if it hurts you.
Your voice, your whisper your sound.
Your beauty, your texture, your touch, where are they?
They disappear off and on,
But all I can do is pray.
I carry you with me
Wherever I go.
Don't stop searching for me like a dove.
Stay with me forever and I'll never let you go,
For you are the music I know and love.
A/N: well, originally I had to do a poem for American Literature, and this was it. The poem is supposed to be about music and how it affects me, but the class thought it was about love or people in a relationship. So why not? I was having a hard time figuring out who I was going to put it under, but I figured gravitation with Yuki being the one saying it to Shuichi, plus they fit the poem the best. I'd like to know if you enjoyed the poem or not, but it's fine if you don't want to tell me. I hope you liked it! … And I feel guilty for not updating my story like I said I would…I'm getting around to it, but slowly… I'm sorry. I think I'm going to start writing poems; they seem easier to do then stories. But that's my opinion, so maybe not.
