Upon a deep and shadowed night
When moonlight shivered and wind was still
Flower of fear and sick delight
Bloomed tainted love and shaken will
The path was set, the fate chosen
A romance formed, then torn apart
And dreams and hope and life frozen
A shattered soul and bleeding heart
I swore and also promised you
You'd be protected in my arms
But morning sky faded to blue
And love transformed and turned to harm
The moon will hide and the stars will mourn
As they gaze down upon this sight
For all the lies and hidden scorn
Fade quick into the veiling night
One last fear and flash of green
And the universe breaths another sigh
I cannot bare to watch this scene
As my angels says her last goodbye
