Come to think of it, Shigure is even a pervert towards people he knows. He goes in the bathroom after Tohru's been in there and smells her towels that she's used, then goes in her room and smells her bed sheets. He's learnt all the maneuvers to hide from her when she comes back, though. He jumps in the closet. But what does he do while she's in there? Smells her clothes.

Shigure's favourite song happens to be "Lovely Coconuts". He sings it often. As a matter of fact, when Tohru's two friends were over, he sang it more than usual. Why? Because he had their bunches of coconuts running around his house. What more could he want? Okay, maybe we shouldn't answer that…

Shigure's cheeky grin in a trademark perverted way of his. You can just tell he's about to say something when he smiles in that devilish manor, bearing his little doggie teeth. This is especially true when he's about to comment to Kyo or Yuki something he just saw in his porno magazine.

Of course, Shigure would never purposely intend to make Tohru scarred. The scar he had left on her mind wasn't exactly a good one. The poor girl. How could have known he would take dirty pictures of her and post them on the web?

So, all in all, Shigure wasn't exactly the cleanest person, inside and out. His mind had been filthier of course, but he had to tone it down once Tohru came; Kyo too. Of course, Yuki was used to the random perverted comments Shigure made. No one else was, though. Although, Tohru was too innocent to even realize what was going on half the time.
