Most people wouldn't say twins are evil. However there are some….. special cases. Take the race of the Time Lords for example. There was a prophesy that with the birth of twin girls the reign of the time lords would be over. But as time passed truth became legend, legend became myth and things that ought to be remembered were forgotten ………………
