Reeve pulled up to the Shinra Building, He Didnt want to be there.. Yes.. But did he have to be? Yes.. Rufus wanted to talk to him about something important and yet didn't speak about it over the phone.. He parked his car and took a step outside, looking up into the open air.. Taking a deep breath he takes a hard breath and starts to approach the Building once he is a few steps away he stops again and looks up..
"Looks a lot different, A lot... And I don't think I like that.."
He looks back down and walks inside, only to see an empty Room, no Shinra soldiers, And no business representatives, different from any other day when there are people flying through the lobby trying to catch their meetings on time, or going to drill runs but yet.. It's empty No one was there.. Like no one has been there for a few hours.. Or maybe never came in at all.. the lobby looked nice and cleaned for once.. No spills on the floor, No Turks.. Not anything..
"What the hell?" He looked around cautiously.. then he managed to scratch his head in confusion..
He proceeded up the stairs to the 64th floor to get to the meeting room. He looked at the clock hanging over his head, He was already late.. He picked up his pace untill he got p to the door and stopped, sighing to himself he walked inside the meeting room. He opened the door, to Find Rufus, Turks Elena, And Tseng... To be sitting down at the table... With an odd look on their faces? Depression? Sadness? He didn't know.. he just walked over and took a seat next to Elena and looked at her for a moment then at Rufus.
"What the hell is going on? No one is down stairs... No one..." Not ev- Rufus interrupted suddenly..
"I've sent them home to their family's.." Reeve could see sadness in his eyes.. something was wrong.. something was different.
"They will need them now.." Rufus sighs, Running a hand through is blonde hair.. he moved his eyes over to look at Reeve.
"Well? What happened?" Reeve almost yelled... he wanted to know what was wrong.. and he wanted to know now,
"You should sit down Sir," Elena said putting a hand on his arm.. frowning a little, He looked at her and sat down, She then continues to speak..
"It's very..." She paused for a moment..
"important" She sighs loudly..
Reeve sat down and sighs to himself. He didn't want to know what bad knows rufus had in store for him.. it was ready for the absolute worst..
"I've called you all here on important business today... We have found something..."
"Rufus took a long breath "something, That might change things for the worse..." He said, Taking a seat at the front of the table..
"And it has to do with Midgar" Rufus had pain in his eyes, Knowing that Reeve was about to get upset, knowing that Midgar was close to Reeve as a child is..He crossed his arms together.. And looked over to Tseng, Who has gotten out of his seat and in front of the room.
"Tseng will explain it all.. The most that he can" Rufus said.
"Great! What could this possibly be? It better not be a damn meteor" Reeve thought to himself..
