Jussi watched him amazed by his beauty in the bright heavenly sunlight. The grass underneath them was soft and the brightest shade of green, and the endless sky above them (which Ville was looking up at with a dreamy expression) was an almost blinding shade of blue, with puffs of clouds splattered across it that lazily floated over them like bedtime sheep. Jussi was too shy to really move, laying there next to gorgeous man that had captured his heart oh so long ago…

Ville Valo was openly enjoying the surroundings with a childish delight. He had been rolling in the grass a bit before his eye caught a cloud and he laid still, observing the cloud with the deepest fascination. He hadn't made a sound since, and it was utterly quiet. A butterfly landed on Ville's still arm, and Jussi closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath. The perfection of Ville at the moment was a little too much to bare….

And yet…

Jussi opened his eyes again to stare at Ville in awe.

Ville was still staring at that cloud.

What was it with that cloud?

Jussi looked up at it and squinted. He looked back over at Ville who still seemed to be mesmerized by it, and back at the cloud. He frowned at the blob. Were they looking at the same thing?

"It's more interesting than you think." Ville said, without tearing his eyes off of it.

Jussi couldn't help smiled.

They remained like this for a while. In the grass looking up at the sky…

Finally, the cloud had advanced further away from Ville's sight, and Ville gave up on it. He rolled in the grass a bit closer to Jussi and looked at him.

Jussi took in the sight of Ville's sparkling green eyes that contrasted astonishingly with the bright grass and his milky white skin.

Ville looked at him innocently.

"How are you, my friend?"

Jussi tried to keep his own eyes from darting away. "Fine." He choked.

"You look so down these days. What's wrong?"

Jussi thought about it. Ville gave him a warm smile.

"Love troubles." Jussi said quietly.

Ville furrowed his perfect brows. "Love?"

"I'm deeply in love with someone who's already fallen for another guy." Jussi sighed.

Ville's face grew sad. "Another guy? Oh how terrible."

"Yeah…He's probably more attractive than me." Jussi considered.

Ville laughed. "What are you talking about! You're beautiful!"

Jussi blushed. "…You really think so?"

Ville stood up. "Why, of course. You're very handsome." He held out a hand to help Jussi up.

"You really think too lowly of yourself sweetheart." Ville wrapped his arms around Jussi in a comforting hug.

Jussi took in a breath of Ville's sweet scent and hugged Ville back.

"I'm still not good enough." Jussi whispered to Ville as they both looked up at the sound of the blue-eyed beauty advancing towards them in the grass.
