I knew that I was running a fever, but it didn't stop me. The rain was so inviting and I had
an urge to go out and search for...I don't know what but my insides were telling me that if I look
for it, it will help me.
The bakeries looked really good as I walk...trudged by them but sweets weren't for me
Today. No I was on a mission to find out what this feeling was. I can't remember if I ever felt like
this before, my stomach felt like I had ridden a roller coaster several times, and yet it also felt like
Butterflies were dancing in it.
I didn't know where I was going cars and places were passing me by, I wasn't acting like
Myself. The guys back at Head Quarters asked if I should be up and about with this fever that I had,
I just looked at them as though they are inferior to me by ways of intellect (which by the way they
Are) except for one Man.
Yes this man is my equal in intellect and thus I can Challenge him any time I please and
Like I expect him to and then the challenge is returned. I fear this man may be the one who will kill
me. This may very well be my final days and here I am struggling to find my peace in the rain
instead of trying to find evidence to convict this man and his decoys.
I am soaked to the bone as I stop in front of a park, my heart leaps into my throat so I now
know that I need to go in here. My heart races as I walk in the park looking all around me for
anything. Then it happens everything stops as I stare at silver eyes. Everything starts to spin and I
start to fall forward and the Silver Eyes run to catch me. I found my peace.
End of our mystery Mans POV.
Start Serena's POV.
The stars send me to this spot to find a man. Not just any man either, a man that would make
my heart race. Why do the stars think I need a man, I mean the last man I had was a real dink. The
Dip switch want only power, my power. They told me that this man was destined for me that he
would be able to control the Golden Crystal and become my King. Yeah right.
How on earth did I end up with this life again? Oh yea it started when all my friends died by
that Douche Bag's hands. As I reminisce I hear the scuffing of shoes along the walkway behind me.
My heart races as I turn around and look in to the dark fever filled eyes of a gorgeous man. His eyes
looked troubled then relived as they closed and he falls unconscious, I immediately run and catch
him
.This is him, man who is supposed to be mine and true owner of the Golden Crystal. Well I
better get him back to my home I have here and get him dry and healthy before anything else goes
wrong.
