Okay so this one-shot was inspired by Big Bang's song 'Monster'. I didn't post anything yesterday so no only will I'll update 'Forever and A Day' and Post a New One-shot called 'It's War' but this one-shot will be posted as well. -JasZ
Kol Never intended for his past to come out the way it did. But he can see the change the way she looks at him. With pity or was it fear? That look that makes him feel smaller before her. He attempts to place a smile on his lips; trying to play the part of Mr. Brightside. Yet when she tries to pass him; he tries to form words. But nothing comes out. How can he let her walk away? Ever since he returned from the grave he's made several lapses down the dark path. He didn't go straight to her. But for vengeance and bloodlust; when the fog rolled away and the sun came up. He was drenched in blood of those who wronged him. He was exposed to his little Humming bird.
It's been days since that day and he yearns to be wrapped in her arms. To hear her whispering to him that she loves him. He can't take it. He can't let her go. Here he has the chance to finally state what's been on his mind. As she once again tires to leave. He takes her tiny hand and whirls her around. Now face to face, he can see the look on her pretty face. Fear, clearly written in her eyes that once held love for him. Cupping her cheek he lets strands of stray dark locks tickle the back of his hand.
"You look Lovely today. Then again you always look lovely in my eyes." He mumbles as he gives her a crooked smile.
"Let go," she tries to tug her hand out of his hold.
"Don't…Don't turn your back on me." His tone slightly drops the hopefully tone causing her to take a step away from him.
"Or what? I'll end up like the others?" She retorts wanting for someone to save her.
"You can't just throw us…Me away." He pleas in that accent of her that melts her like butter.
"And what? Accept you?" She cries tugging harder on her hand.
"You knew who I was. What I did." He howls as his blue eyes flash with rage. "Yes, I'm a Mikaelson…A Monster by default." Even if he is in the body of the witch Named Kaleb once again he is who he is.
"I never said you were a Monster."
"You want us to end our relationship." He pulls her closer to him. "Well, guess what love. I have news for you darling 'End' is not in my dictionary; especially when it comes to our relationship."
"Kol," she looks into the eyes of the man that stole her heart away.
"I'm a Monster but that doesn't mean that I'll harm you, little dove. I love you and if you end this. I will not abandon you. I'll just stand closer." With that he molds his lips to hers. The little humming bird flutters about trying to escape. Until she relents and returns the kiss; sighs are released by both in relief.
