It was almost Valentines day and Aoba didn't know what to get Clear because it is hard to find a perfect gift for a robot.
Aoba knew that Clear's birthday was February 20th, which was surprisingly not long after Valentines day.
Clear was everything to Aoba so he wanted the gift to be something meaningful, not like some store-bought boxed chocolate or card like what people usually give.
He wanted to give Clear something precious that he would be able to cherish forever because Aoba knew that since Clear was a robot, he would definitely live longer than him.
Aoba decided to directly ask Clear what he had in mind for a perfect gift and then work on gift ideas from there.
He smiled and thought about what answers to the 'perfect gift' idea that Clear would come up with.
Just as those thoughts were flowing through Aoba's mind, he heard a noise coming from his veranda.
