Katarina = Reader

KATARINA DIDN'T RECALL WHY THE HELL SHE WAS HANGING ON A BRIDGE, ON THE BRINK OF HER DEATH.

However, she did remember that she was taking a nice, long walk in her neighborhood in New York. Her neighborhood was one the most quiet places in New York, which, may I add, is very hard to find. Suddenly, she meets a man in a hood, who she ignored but she was taken anyway.

She didn't even do anything wrong. Katarina did well in school, she didn't receive any C's and lower, she was a good and obedient child, and she asked permission if she could go outside to take a walk. So why? Why was she taken? She didn't owe anything to anybody. She didn't steal. She didn't have any enemies.

"Maybe the world just hates me" She whispered to herself. Her wrists were tightly tied to a rope, and she was hanging from an abandoned bridge in the woods where no one really hangs around unless they were dealing drugs.

"Someone! Help me!' She cried, tugging on the rope.

She cried and cried for someone to help her, her voice turning raspy. For hours, she could no longer say anything. Nothing would come out. Honestly? Katarina had given up, it's already past twelve hours and no one had come. Not even just a passerby.

Just as she was about to fall to sleep, the wind picked up and Katarina thought she was hearing things. When she opened her eyes, a man in a red suit was swinging his way towards her. The more she observed, the more she noticed that the things he used to swing were spider webs. It dawned on her.

He was Spiderman.

When he stopped right in front of her, all she could hear was his panting and her ragged breathing. "It's alright, I'll save you" He had said, and a rush of relief passed through Katarina.

She was finally going to be saved.

He untied her but what was worse was just about to come. She felt herself falling, almost dying, almost reaching the waters with the strong current. But she stopped. She snapped her eyes open again. Web was wrapped around her torso, and was holding her.

"It's okay, It's alright" He hushed, holding her waist once he was able to reach her. He brought her back to ground and Katarina felt like crying. "Thank you" She croaked, clutching her saviour tightly. Underneath the mask, Peter smiled. "You're welcome. Well, I gotta go now. Can you handle yourself?" Katarina nodded. She could make it back. If she was taken, she'd just call for him, right?

Spiderman swung through the trees as the sun rose.

"My name is Katarina!" She shouted with all her might which made the teenage hero stop and look at her. With the sun just trailing behind him, it could pass as the perfect photo. He cleared his throat.

"I'm Peter"
