Aang looked around the temple. Their were thousands of statues of all of the past Avatars. He started to walk forward to the one that was right in front of him. But he heard something drop from in the air and quickly spun around.

In front of him surprised him. In front of Aang was a firebender.

"What do you want Firebender?" he asked the firebender strongly.

Since the firebender was in shadows of the temple, Aang couldn't see the figure, but he could see the fire symbol on a bracelet that the figure wore.

"What do you want Firebender?" repeated Aang.

"What I want is nothing," answered the firebender.

By the firebender's voice, it was a girl. And one about Katara's age.

The firebender continued to stand where she was, but Aang carefully approached.

"Don't you want to wait for you friends? They're going to be here any moment," asked the girl.

And she was right. Just a moment later, Katara and Sokka came rushing into the room.

"We heard another voice. We decided to come and check it out," said an out-of-breath Sokka.

"Behind you!" shouted Aang.

Sokka and Katara looked behind themselves and jumped back, Katara grabbing a bunch of water from her pouch and Sokka grabbing his dagger.

"What do you want with Aang?" asked Sokka.

"Nothing," the girl answered.

That time, the girl came out of the shadows. She had long black hair that went to her waist with long bangs. She was wearing a knee length red skirt, a strapless top, red arm warmers, and Greek-style shoes.

"Who are you?" asked Katara.

"I am Miyoko of the Fire Nation, nice to meet you," she said, curtsying.

"Oh don't act so innocent, we know you are here for Aang," said Sokka, still pointing his dagger at Miyoko.

"I'm not here to kidnap the Avatar," said Miyoko calmly.

Katara and Sokka, didn't not believe her, naturally, so Miyoko picked up here sack from the shadows and walked away.

"Wait! We are not done with you!" shouted Katara.

Miyoko stopped in her tracks and turned toward the three. But once she did, Momo came running toward Miyoko. He hopped on Miyoko's shoulder, and Miyoko started to pet him.

Sokka started to lower his dagger, but Katara shouted:

"Don't! It might be a trick!"

Sokka started to point his dagger at Miyoko again.

But then Miyoko set Momo down on the ground and started walking off again. This time they didn't try to stop her, since she had done nothing to Momo.

But Katara was furious.

"Why did you let her get away? We could've held her prisoner!" Katara shouted.

Aang and Sokka cowered. Katara could defiantly get mad at times when Firebenders were involved.

"Well, she didn't hurt Momo, or me, so I guess there was no point," whispered Aang.

"But she is a Firebender! There could've been other Firebenders watching our every move!" shouted Katara.

"How about we just go to sleep?" suggested Sokka.

Without answering, Katara stormed off, into her tent.

"I'll take that as a yes," said Sokka.

The boys then climbed into their sleeping bags and fell aleep.
