Bobby knows that Jack loves him, that he loves everything about him.
The knowledge is intimidating, frightening even. To have someone love you so unconditionally, someone who knows all your faults and accepts them without expecting you to change is overwhelming.
At times, he is shaken by the love that Jack gives. He fears not being able to love back, not the way that Jack deserves. And in his fear, Bobby does the one thing that he is sure of, the one thing that he believes shows his love.
He touches Jack as often as he can. Whether it is through holding hands or a stolen kiss when he thinks no one is looking, or even a massage to ease sore muscles. Heated kisses, warm, strong hands that bring relief and a wicked tongue that leaves Jack begging helplessly are his skills.
He fears losing Jack to someone, to anyone. To a person who might actually say the truth, to someone who's not tongue-tied by three little words. He says the words occasionally, but it reminds him too much of the days when it was still brotherly. This, the touching, he knows, is what works. He'd kill to keep Jack with him, a vow he takes seriously.
When he holds Jack late at night, his long back pressed tightly to his chest, he feels content. All of his beautiful skin to touch, to have him open and willing, to lavish physical attention on his Jack, this is what he knows. His eyes are predatory, his devotion fierce. Words are not enough. All he has is touch, and he'll use it to show his love.
